Reporting Copyright Infringement

Response and Removal

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, MovieBox Pro will:

  • Review the complaint for accuracy and completeness
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user or source responsible for posting the material (if applicable)

Counter-Notice Procedure

If a user believes that content was removed in error or due to misidentification, they may submit a counter-notice. Once a valid counter-notice is received, MovieBox Pro may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original claimant files a legal action to prevent restoration.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate copyright policies may face permanent bans or restrictions from using MovieBox Pro.
